Volunteering or partnership enquiries submitted via our website

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you choose to share it with us directly.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiries, send newsletters you have opted into, and manage our organisation's communications. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

How We Store Your Data

Form submissions are stored securely via Netlify Forms. Email addresses collected for newsletters are held in our mailing list provider. All data is processed in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Retention period: We retain personal data for a maximum of 2 years, after which it is deleted unless you have an ongoing relationship with us.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
